Along with other Big Show artists, I am going to present my work. Presentations are at Lawndale Art Center.

All two paintings from my submission were accepted. They are from my 2014 paintings from series Verto. Medium is acrylic on stretched canvas. Size of the works are 24in×24in.
Verto in latin means to “move around an axis through itself” or “turn, turn around”.
The show was juried by George Scheer, Executive Director & Co-Founder of Elsewhere, Greensboro, NC.
Opening reception is on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 6:30-8:30 pm.

This year show was juried by Aram Moshayedi, Curator, LA><ART in Los Angeles, California.

I was invited by the Comtemporary Arts Museum Houston (CAMH) to present work on November 1, 2007 at 6:30PM (Thursday).
My presentation is a slide show format. Q&A to follow after each presentation. Kelli Vance is also presenting that evening.

Two of my works from the series Ritual of Space were accepted by Lawndale Art Center The Big Show 2007. Rita Gonzalez was the guest Juror for the show. She is Assistant Curator, Special Exhibitions, at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

The Big Show was opened to all artists working in all media. There were 1,145 works submitted by 458 artists.
115 works from 86 artists was picked by Rita Gonzales for the show.
The show opens this Friday, July 13 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

In this class, I will provide an overview of the similarities and differences between traditional and digital black and white darkroom and will show students how to convert digital images into black and white images using photoshop.
